Shipping and Returns
All standard orders that are not Pre-orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date on which payment has been received. Pre-orders will have a longer processing time as they are made to order and you will be notified on the date they are shipped out. SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
We offer the following shipping options within the United States of America:
(i) FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. Your order will be shipped free of charge in the continental USA for orders above $100.
(ii) EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Expedited orders are shipped via Fedex next-day shipping at a flat rate of $30 per order. Please review whether an item is pre-order before selecting expedited shipping. Pre-orders cannot be expedited and will ship as soon as they arrive at our facilities.
For international orders, shipping charges, customs fees and import duties and taxes ("International Shipping Costs") are calculated at the end of the checkout process and charged to you when you finalize your purchase. Simply add a product to your shopping bag, provide your full name and complete shipping address, and continue the checkout process. The International Shipping Costs will be displayed just before the order is ready to be finalized. Notwithstanding any estimate, quote or calculation provided by us during the checkout process, please be advised that you bear full responsibility for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges resulting from international shipping, including all such costs associated with any exchanges or returns. These charges are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of the destination country, and they depend on a number of factors, such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
We do not deliver to incomplete addresses, P.O. boxes, lockboxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In order to ensure prompt delivery of your order, please provide, during the checkout process, the first and last name of the intended recipient followed by a complete street address. If you place an order using a P. O. box, an APO/FPO/DPO address, or an incomplete name and/or address, a member of our Customer Support team will contact you via email in order to obtain the additional information required to complete delivery of your order. This information may include proof of identification for fraud prevention purposes. If we are unable to obtain the information required for delivery within 48 hours from the date of our email seeking such information, we will have no choice but to cancel your order.
RECEIPT OF ORDER
Once you have received your tracking number from us, please make note of the date and approximate time when your order is expected to be delivered. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may assist you in rescheduling the delivery. If your shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to redeliver your order.
In order to reduce the chance of a fraudulent purchase on your credit card, a member of our fraud prevention team may reach out to you or your credit card company in order to verify your purchase. This may include requesting proof of identification. In the event that this occurs, the shipment of your order may be delayed by an additional 1 to 2 business days so that we may complete the verification process.
You may exchange or return your order in its original condition, within 14 days from the date on which your order was received. You will receive either a replacement piece or a full refund, as the case may be. If you are initiating a permitted exchange or return you bear full responsibility for all costs associated with shipping the item to us, including any and all fees, duties and taxes if applicable. You are also responsible for acquiring any return shipping labels and associated customs documents if returning or exchanging from an international location.
Please note: We will not accept cancellation of pre-ordered items prior to their delivery to you. If you receive your pre-ordered item and it is defective, damaged or you would like to return or exchange it for another reason, please notify us at email@example.com within 14 days. After 14 days all items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. They are valid for purchases at treasureandkin.com only. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Gift cards are valid for 5 years and you can return or exchange merchandise purchased with a gift card according to the standard returns policy. Your gift card balance should be visible on the order page.
Sale Items: Any item listed for sale is not eligible for a return is considered final sale.
Personalized Items: Any item that has been personalized or customized including initials, names, numbers etc. is not eligible for return or exchange.
INITIATING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may initiate your return or exchange by contacting Treasure and Kin Customer Support. Please note that the cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer unless you have been sent the incorrect item(s).

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Treasure and Kin products must be returned in their original condition with all protective materials in place and all tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the Treasure and Kin original delivery packaging including all jewelry cards, pouches and boxes. Treasure and Kin shall not be obligated to accept your return or request for an exchange or to refund the amount paid for such item if:
(i) the tag attached to the product that you are returning has been removed/torn
(ii) the product that you are returning is not packaged in the Treasure and Kin protective pouch and box with all original delivery packaging;
(iii) the product that you are returning shows any signs of wear or use; or
(iv) the product that you are returning has been altered in any way from its original condition.
If you purchase an item(s) during the holiday season as a gift: Black Friday through December 25th of any calendar year, and the recipient wishes to return an item, they may do so for store credit through January 15th of the following year.
Items must be returnable eligible and in returnable condition as stated above.
Return shipping to be paid for by the customer.
Further, if a holiday item is returned more than 30 days after purchase it will not be eligible for return. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (or for pre-ordered items) for a refund to be granted.
You may chose to insure your jewelry against loss while in transit to you. If there is a problem and your Treasure and Kin jewelry is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the insurance provider and they will give you instructions on how to file a claim.
